Our sarsaparilla is harvested in the blue mountains of Jamaica. It is then washed with spring water and put to dry in our dry house in Jamaica for anywhere from 2-4 months depending on the season and weather. It has been used in Jamaica for hundreds of years in full body tonics. These tonics are known by the locals to strengthen the male organ as well as a excellent blood purifier. Its also known to strengthen and rebuild the body. The plant grows as a vine and produces little fruit berries. It can be found growing in the mountains of Jamaica, India and parts of America. This herb is used in our "Iron Support Herbal Capsules"
 
Research has shown Sarsaparilla to:

Internal Uses:
Herbal Tea/Tonic/Decoction- Directions: Add 28 grams (about 7 tablespoons)to half gallon of boiling water.. Turn heat on low and let it simmer for one (1-2) hours. The longer the better. Strain and enjoy one cup in the morning and/or at night. Store the rest in the refrigerator.
 
Food- Directions: Add 1 tablespoon of powder to smoothies. Also you can sprinkle the powder on salads or your main dish!
 
External Uses:
Poultice: a poultice can be made with the powder and applied to the skin, which may aid with ring worms, acne and other skin aliments.
Herbal Tea/Tonic/Decoction- can be used as a wash for skin and eyes. Also can be to soak your feet in.
